Lucky for us, Samantha Lee is one of the best food artists out there. How’d she get into it? By being a mom! Getting her kids to eat healthy food was proving to be a major challenge – especially with two kids who were at different stages of eating ability. To encourage her older daughter to eat up, she started creating amazing scenes and pictures out of the food.

Once Lee started posting pictures online, the internet blew up. People loved her fun, cartoon-y scenes and skills so much that she gained over 300,000 followers on Instagram! Now she’s been published and even has advertising contracts. Here are some of our favorite Lee creations – good enough to eat!
